Re: Xbox Gamepass PC linked to a random EA play account

@McGrinch27 Depending on when you linked you Xbox/Microsoft account to your EA account, this could be a very quick solve without support reach out. You do not need to log into your EA account from the Xbox to unlink it. I actually did this yesterday for myself, for the same reason.

Simply navigate to help.ea.com/en/, and log in using your Xbox account. After being logged in, if you go into your account connections, you'll see the option to unlink your Xbox account from the EA account.

Then, log into your actual EA account and link your Xbox profile to it. I did notice about a 2 hour period during which the GamePass hadn't yet applied to my real EA account.

Hope this helps.

Of course, reaching out to support should work too.

This doesn't work if you used an old, no longer available to you email address because when you go to unlink your account, they send a verification link to the email address that you no longer have access to. (reply to weeabooslayertko)
