Corrupted profile database error

Hi everyone. While playing UFC 4 in Career Mode on my Xbox Series S, I abruptly exited the game and closed it. After logging back in, I was now offline. Entering Daily Challenges gives me an "Invalid Process (3)" error. When I try to claim my achievement rewards through the Game Center, I get the error "Unable to retrieve user record from progress database." I've already tried everything I can think of with the console and the game, including resetting the console, clearing the cache, and resetting the console to factory settings while preserving game data. The developers aren't responding to my emails. Please help. These errors only appear in UFC 4.
