Re: PS5 shows not enough storage despite having sufficient free space

Hi,

I was able to redeem the code, but when trying to download getting a not enough storage message. But I do have more then 4 times the needed storage. 

tried several times, tried restarting, not working still.

please help.

    According to Sony’s guidance, please try changing the save destination to either the console storage or the extended storage. If you have another extended storage, try that to see if the situation improves.
