Re: prepaid card could not be redeemed

Hey, so in the email for redeeming the FC 27 closed beta version. I accidentally redeemed the code on the PS website but I was supposed to redeem it on my PS4. When I was trying to redeem it on my PS4 it wasn't working. But when I entered the code I clicked redeem and then it said "The prepaid card could not be redeemed. Please try again later. (WS-45787-8)." I have no clue what to do and I just want to play FC 27. Can someone please help me.

    I had the same prepaid card cannot be redeemed message. Was in my transaction history as purchased but wasnt on my PS5  console.  Did as suggested by joshlee78 namely "go to the playstation store website then log in.  click on your profile icon on the top right then go to your game library.  you should have the option to download to your PS." and then it appeared on my PS5 to play :-)

    I entered the code in the PS store and upon redemption it states the prepaid card could not be redeemed. Any solution?

    I’m trying to download fifa27 for a tester and it’s says the prepaid card can not be redeemed please try again later…

    go to the playstation store website then log in.  click on your profile icon on the top right then go to your game library.  you should have the option to download to your PS.
