New codes Sent out not working

I’ve entered the code, something downloaded within 2 seconds before I could even see and no I can’t find it on my Xbox. Any ideas how to get this play test working?

EA server unable to process my request
I have been getting this message for a while now and I'm not sure what this means. I have restarted my PlayStation multiple times but no changes. My offline mode works. Just my ultimate team.

Ea playtest reward
I selected the reward ultimate team player grant which stated any ultimate team item yet the choices are terrible after waiting a month for the reward almost i feel extremely disapointed
