Closed Beta codes are tied to the platform they were issued for. If your code was issued for Xbox, it won’t work on PlayStation and can’t be exchanged for a PlayStation code.

Unfortunately, we’re not able to change the platform on an individual Closed Beta invitation after the code has been issued.

I’m sorry we can’t switch the code to PlayStation for you.
