I thought they have 2 teams working in parallel 1 team does 2019-2021-2023 game, and the other team does 2020-2022-2024 and time odd make story mode and the single mode with reward and team even does my team my career stuff
so if you want new stuff for my career, you need to wait 2024
as if you wanted more story mode you didn't get anything new in 2023
Complaining in the way he does seems silly. If you want only stuff on career mode, buy it every 2 years (they actually make you save money!)

@pekish79The problem is things didn't went the way you described at all. MyTeam didn't received any update since 2021 (which was supposed to be the team that worked on Braking Point as you described), Career was even worse, it's literally a stripped down and abandoned game mode since 2020.
I would be okay if they actually have two teams working on different things each year, but instead there was nothing done at all, they even consistently brought in new issues from the supposed-to-be copy and paste contents for 3 straight years.- @pekish79 They do have two teams, but it would not make any sense to expect 2 different games, every two different years. A full game should have every game mode kind of updated. The base of every F1 game since the start is the career mode. Killing it, would be killing the game. I'm not against the F1 World, just like aarava said, for me is not much fun, but I get that there are people who will enjoy it, but they should not just turn their attention to a single game mode and forget the most important one.
Dude what u sayed is not excuse for 3 years in a row they doing nothing new with the my carrer mode... They're just COPY/PASTE... But EA once again only caring about a "mode" for EA precious Micro-Transactions and somehow some "minor" upgrade to the handling... Period...
- @PytotS23 They're using these shiny new game modes to attract attentions, and uses it to test the water, slowly turning the series into something similar to its mobile counterpart, where after us getting accustomed to it, they could then start implementing microtransaction in the future.
Two birds with one stone.It’s good to see content creators calling out issues especially with Career modes. But. as ever Aarava waits for others to criticise first before he posts his thoughts. That said I doagree with everything he said👍😁
None of the popular YouTubers including Jarno seem to be bothering with F1 World., With them all back doing MyTeam or Career content along with braking point videos.

Actually that's not quite how it works as Lee Mather explains in the video below (will start at the relevant section). There are staff working on more than one game at once but there aren't enough for two entirely separate teams (approx. 1 and a third teams not 2) and people transfer from one game to the next across the development cycle.
In terms of the lack of changes in career mode, I am left thinking that it would be pretty challenging to somehow make it seem notably different year-on-year? I obviously understand the frustration from those whose main interest is this game mode but just wondering what may be realistic here?
2-player career being added in 2021 was a major change too.
- @Ultrasonic_77 While year on year poses difficulties in bringing big changes i wouldnt call 2 player career a major "change" in career modes, it was an important addition for those who like to play with their friends but it didnt change the system..
Changing R&D, introducing pre season test, budget cap and much more can be done step by step even with a single year of development but the focus was set somewhere else.. Yes it cant be a completely different mode with tons of new features within a year but ignoring valid criticism like on the personel boosts and barely changing anything within 3 years really hints on different focus 🙂
