Achievement - Peak performance, media darling (braking point)

How to level up both performance and reputation? For some goals there is written which will improve but I still dont know which answers to pick in interview. If anyone can help. Also I think it might...

Quick question: Did you hit Level 10 performance on Chapter 17 (the final chapter) by any chance?

@PJTierneyCM I did, and the achievement didn't unlock. I saw someone with the same issue on Reddit sadly. It seems the level 10 must be achieved before the last interview in fact.
