It matters because the team is trying to diagnose the issue and where the Achievement isn't firing off correctly.
Having more accurate information helps them pinpoint what may be causing the issue and ultimately give clues on how to fix it.

If there's one thing I've learned from being in this industry for so long, it's that nothing is as easy as it seems.
