Adding AI in Private League

Hi guys,

I know in Patch 1.08, EA rolled out the ability to pad out league races with AI. We've come back to F1 23 after the disaster that is Forza Motorsport 8, and I have just set up a Private League on Racenet.

In the Manage Season option, I have turned AI on and set the desired difficulty and have then opened the game to test out adding AI drivers for our first race on Thursday.

Unfortunately, I cannot see any option on Racenet or on the game to physically add the AI into the game, which is really frustrating as it will mean having to set up a standalone private lobby each time we want to race, adjusting the necessary settings every time and will have to track our results manually. This isn't something I really want to do, when a patch has clearly been rolled out to allow for this?

If I'm being stupid, I'll happily eat my hat, but if someone can point me in the right direction, me and my friends would be really grateful!
