Alpine A524 Liverie in F1 23

Hi, I have Pre-ordered F1 24 and didn't receive the above mentioned Liverie as stated/Promised on the News feed nor was it resolved after 10 Emails to EA Support. Can anyone please help me.

@AceBuys did you buy it on same platform as f1 23 or f1 22,
Cars are only avalible in time trial
