Alpine A524 Liverie in F1 23
Hi, I have Pre-ordered F1 24 and didn't receive the above mentioned Liverie as stated/Promised on the News feed nor was it resolved after 10 Emails to EA Support. Can anyone please help me.

Hi @FMassa88 thanks for your reply, Yes I did,but this specific Liverie is not part of the 6 that can only be used in F1 23 Time Trails, it is for use in general in F1 23 on pre- ordering F1 24 as per News clip on F1 23. Please see attached Screenshot of Liverie in Question. Its my understanding that it can be used in F1 23 World or Team Career as the driver in the Picture is wearing the Official F1 World Helmet. @AceBuys Not a lot to go off there in the screenshot in terms of written commitments, they did mess up some of their marketing material for other things like the F1 TV promo not being available until F1 24 releases and only being available in the US so I would not make assumptions just based off the type of helmet being worn.
Also it does state it’s only available to users who purchased the champions edition.
@TheRagebeard , Ty for your Reply, Assumptions aside, Exactly my point for this post. I bought the Pre-Order F1 24 Champions Addition + whatever Limited Time offers the very day it was Advertised which was on the 28th of February, AS MENTIONED IN MY ORIGINAL POST,so I then must get this Liverie, but having said that the Reply I got from EA is that this specific Liverie is not one of theirs(NO MORE ASSUMPTIONS NEEDED), but of Microsoft and they should be contacted 2 solve this issue. Thank anyways for everyone that had input into this Post, Much Appreciated.
