Blurry visuals past 50-80m distance from player

This problem is not just confined to NVIDIA users. Im running an RX 7900XTand while getting close to 300fps on most tracks at 2560x1440, it doesn't matter what settings I use the game always looks blurry and the brake marker boards are really hard to see until you get right next to them...especially Canada!! Not just the brake marker boards but textures in general.. even the cars in front loose detail not far in front.
