Summarize your bug Graphics look blurry when racing. All other screens and menu's look perfect. Motion Blur set to zero and post process is set to low to see if that helped but it did not.

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game with all graphics settings on Ultra high on a PC. Seems REALLY bad when racing. Menu screen and when game is paused looks okay. Only seem to be when in motion.
What happens when the bug occurs? The whole game looks blurry!! Road surface, racing line, braking signs, barriers, trees... etc...
What do you expect to see? Smooth beautiful graphics.
I am playing thru Steam on a PC. 11thgen i9, 32GB DDR4 @ 3200, ASUS ROG Motherboard, RTX 3070Ti, Samsung Neo G9 @ 5120X1440 @ 240Hz, Samsung 980 Pro SSD
This will happen in Single Player and Multiplayer.
I have tried reducing Motion Blur to zero and turning post processing to low but that did not seem to help.
I have updated to the latest Nvidia Driver 536.23
