    Solved!!

    Download newest DLSS from (https://www.techpowerup.com/download/nvidia-dlss-dll/) take the .dll and put into your F1 2023 folder, and overwrite the original.

    Ingame disable DLSS and use "TAA and FidelityFX Sharpening"

    Basicly solved my exact issue. Rather annoying though since the entire problem is EA using an old version og DLSS and could be fixed by simply putting in a newer version.

      @KorsaDK that explains why I don't have this problem, updating the DLSS file is the first thing I do.
      But that would not be a solution for AMD cards
