@JonnyGreen2018 I’ve heard back and apparently the account youve been playing on isn’t the same account you bought champions edition and with or something 🤷🏻♂️. If you believe this is wrong as it’s not a in game bug and account purchase I’m told its nothing staff on these boards can deal with and your best to contact customer support.

Wow are they taking the p*** iv been buying F1 every year since F1 97 came out and I bought the Xbox series x like 3 month ago and only have 1 account on it and purchased the F1 23 championship edition on the 13th December why don't they just unlock the pack on xbox store it's on there just says unavailable.
Yes me too, I have bought F1 since the start with playstation, i believe in the 90's and this is the worst game for bugs
