What happens when the bug occurs? All audio in the game comes through with a very harsh buzzing noise

Hey is anyone else having or able to help me troubleshoot this issue? It occurs with both f1 22 and f1 23 while playing in VR. When using my hp reverb headset and my logitech g pro wired headset, I get this really harsh buzzing sound for all audio in the game. Like I can hear a car drive by in the main menu but its covered in static. In VR my Bluetooth earbuds work but the sound is delayed so not really an option and 3.5mm speakers work fine, but then I can't use any headset for discord or multiplayer.

The headphones and vr headset work fine in any other game so can't figure out what to do.
