Cannot use the Feature Race tyres in the Feature Race (F2 career mode)

Summarize your bug In the F2 career mode, when I am using full race weekend, I cannot use Feature Race reserved tyres on the Feature Race.
What is your 16 digit Report Code? Happens on the every dry career mode race
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider? UPC Poland
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start the single player career mode, starting from the full F2 season, long practice session, full qualifying, and 50% Sprint, and 50% Feature race.
What happens when the bug occurs? In the Feature race I cannot use Harder tyres that should be reserved for the Feature race. Game forces me to use tye tyres that were used in the Sprint race (they are about 70% worn) for about one lap, and then 2x softs - one new, and one used, both from the qualifying session.
What do you expect to see? Make the Feature Race reserved tyres availible to use in the Feature race.

Hi I have problem that I just cannot use the Feature Race tyres in the Feature Race.

I play Single player Driver career mode. I selected to play full f2 season (long practice sessions, full qualifying sessions, and 50% race distance on the Sprint and Feature Race) before jumping to F1.

Everything goes almost fine in the Free Practise session (fame tries to force me to use the wet tyres during the practice programs, but I can choose the dry tyres), and everything is good in the qualifying session (I use one soft compound, and I don't use the second one). Also in the Sprint Race everything is ok.

But on the Feature race the Game is not letting me to use tyres that are reserved for the Feature Race. Instead of this, Game forces me to use Harder tyres from Sprint Race (aobut 70% used), and drive on in one lap, then I have to pit for the new Softs (unused compound from the Qualifying session) and then again I have to pit for the another softs (the used ones from the qualifying sessions).

All the AIs are doint exactly the same thing.

I am reporting this the second time. My first report was ignored, but maybe it wansn't as precise as this one.

Hope you will fix it.

    I notced, that if after the sprint race, i quit the game, and run it again, I can use correct tyre sttatrgy.

    I'm having the same problem as yours, but I didn't know. do you exit the game after the sprint race is over? but then you'll have to do the Sprint again, won't you?

    @yrek150 and when it is a weekend of long races or completes the tire used in the feature race is the Sprint one, which in this case is a hard or medium that we use in Sprint, without being able to put the new medium or hard that is left over

    @IAGOBERNARDES11It worked only once. After sprint race, it took me to the "workstation" where i Could go to the feature race, or quit to main menu, or change game settings. I quit the game, and ran it once again. Then I Could use normalne feature race strategy. But it worked only once. Now I think, that it worked accidentally. Only on the Spa circuit. Because on the zandvoort, or monza, or aby dhabi, it didn't work.

    I just finished the F2 season with this bug, and went to F1, and forgot about this annoying F2 bug.

    But on the F1 I have constant problem with the traction on the slow corner exit. Even when I have tc assist set to full, I am almost always spinning.

    On the F2 i hadn't that bad traction...

    I have the same problem, it occurs often in f2 full career. 

    In f2 full career you get 5 tires.

    I used harder tire in practice and softer tire in qualifying. Harder tire in sprint.

    So I used three. And I got the mandatory softer and harder tire left for feature race. But when feature race starts, the strategy only gives you the option of old used tires from sprint and qualifying.

    I am not allowed to use the harder and softer tire that was reserved for feature race. I cannot edit the strategy in any significant way. Changing tires is simply not possible. 

    This is very confusing, because sometimes the bug doesn't occur. For example, silverstone and baku was fine. But in imola, I am not allowed to use the 2 mandatory brand new harder and softter tire that I reserved for the race..

    well, so far in their report this bug is not appearing, it is only appearing "100% of tire wear after a Sprint race in F2" plus this problem that is in their bug report is for average races 35% due to the lap of presentation that bugs the tyres, in the medium races in Sprint the soft tire is used, and in the feature race the soft of Qualy and the second hard tire are used.

    MORE IN RACING 50% AND 100% this bug you are mentioning happens because the third hard tire does not appear, the second hard tire we use in the Sprint race and for the feature race the last new hard tire does not appear, thus obliging we use the hard used in the Sprint. hope they fix it until the next update, 50% and 100% races are useless in F2 because of this

    you can see in the photo below that the original allocation (alocação original) is right, 2 softs 1 hard for Race feature, plus this hard is the one used in Sprint. The right one was supposed to be the last new hard tire we didn't use. but for some reason only the hard used in the Sprint appears and the unused hard does not appear

    @IAGOBERNARDES11 You're absolutely right in what you're saying. There is no access to the 3rd set of hard tyres. It took me only 45 minutes to find this bug, So for Codemasters to say they have tried different settings and can't find it is pretty ridicules.

    It also has me baffled that you can do a sprint race on 25% & 35% on the soft tyre, but when you do 50 or 100% it's the hard tyre. Surely the wear percentage should be the same?????

    in the short races 25% and medium races of 35% the soft is used in the Sprint, as it is really better for a few laps. in the feature race in 25% races you use hard because you don't have stops and go with it until the end of the feature race. at 35% there is already a stop, and the tire used in the feature race is the one used in qualifying so far so good, there are some people who play at 35% that when playing the feature race the soft tire may be 100% worn out, this is a bug in the presentation lap, if it is activated your tire will show wear in the feature race. but the question here is about the long 50% and 100% complete races, as in these races the tire used in the Sprint is a hard one, in the Race feature the new hard tire does not appear, we have 3 hard ones available, one hard is used in training, another in the Sprint and the last hard tire in the race feature, but this last hard tire does not appear and the only hard tire that appears in the Race feature strategy is the already worn out hard tire that was used in the Sprint and the game forcing us to make two stops like you see in the photo above. for people who like bigger races this totally breaks the immersion in the game.
