Character pose option missing in My Team

Summarize your bug Hello there are two things to report, the first is that i bought my beloved Brains Character pose immediately as i saw it but now the setting where you customise your character in My Team had no option to edit any poses. The second issue at least i experienced it was that when you change the settings for the Dual Sense to strong you can't enter any name when you build your team in My Team because the whole time the controller entered ggggg til no more letters could be written. After i started the process new with Dual Sense to medium like it is set at the start of the game. I'm not so far into the game yet but i hope after all these years you finally managed that in Q3 the mandatory tire is pre-selected at the start. I always loose time because i have to change the tire setting or else i loose a complete set.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When you create your team and when you try to customize your player in the Team HQ there is no possibility for character change but it shows a yellow marker at the customisation options that suggests there is still something new you haven't seen before, guessing thats my missing Brains Character pose. And the typing problem happened after i changed the dual sense setting to strong right at the first options menu and then when trying to enter player or team name it happened.
What happens when the bug occurs? Like i said no option to change character pose i My Team. I havent't looked at the main menu where you can build your design if it is possible there cause i wasn't able to look for it or even find it because it is hidden somewhere i have not been able to find yet and on top of that it's 6 in the morning here in germany so i started playing not so long ago.
What do you expect to see? That i can use my Brains Character pose i paid my Pitcoins for. Thank you.
