Constructors / Drivers Championship and Retain Driver trophies won't unlock

Summarize your bug I have completed several seasons, each time winning both the drivers and constructors championships, however neither of the trophies have unlocked for me. I've u installed / reinstalled the game and completely deleted my save data but none of this has made any impact. I've also retained my driver, for a second season, each time and this trophy has not unlocked for me either.
What is your 16 digit Report Code?
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider? Virgin Media
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Complete a season and win the titles
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing. None of the aforementioned trophies will unlock me.
What do you expect to see? The trophies unlocked and showing on my playstation profile

    I also just had the same issue. Completed a full 23 race season, then completed a second 10 race season. No trophies for either championship.

    I managed to get mine to pop, eventually, but had to use a friend's PS5 for it to work. I did about 10 seasons on my console and nothing popped but, using my friends PS5, they popped at the first attempt :/

    That is terrible. I have now done two seasons, started a separate career and have been awarded the trophy but still no pop. It's strange, when these trophies didn't pop, I also did not receive the 20 fastest lap trophy when I should have. After I finished the season, I closed and reopened the game and then the trophy popped during practice 1 in the very next session.

    This game is a total mess. On top of that I've been snaked out of the elite trophy as well. I've gotten the platinum on every F1 game since since 2015. If this isn't fixed, this will definitely be the last F1 game I buy.
