Controller throttle bug on f1 23

My throttle will randomly spike to 100% for a split second making my spin out. Even if I do manage to save the spin I cant go full throttle, The best way I can describe it is imagine you save a spin and then have the safety car speed limiter on for absolutely no reason., and I don't think this is a skill issue as it happens randomly during slow and mid-speed corners

I know other people have had this issue in previous games with their xbox elite series 2 controllers (which im using as well) but this has never happened to me so I'm a bit confused, if anyone can help your advice would be greatly appreciated! Also I don't play with any assists apart from flashbacks

  • @pixeledukThere’s a weird issue with slow corners on controllers. ESP in 1st and 2nd gear. Even using full TC people have struggled. Lots off feedback was given to devs but they say they can’t replicate the issue 🤷🏻‍♂️

Also some have managed to negate the issue. Adjusting steering sensitivity to max(160) add a little steering deadzone (I add 5) and then up to.5 steering linearity. The throttle spiking I think is caused by default steering values not being fast enough to straighten the wheel’s exiting a corner. So what seems to happen is you add power but front wheels still have to much steering angle and then tend to bite into the track. Thus sending you around and around.

It won’t be fixed now. We’ve been reporting this since game launched

Other best suggestion is get up into 4th asap
