CUSTOM CALENDER IN CAREER
What i and a lot of other people want in the new game is the acces to change the order of races and be able to chose the number of races ! 🙂

- @13vj7rhxjdwp Yup. From what I understand. The issue is that it’s ok to add/remove tracks. But it’s not possible to change the dates and locations off races. Each race has to follow a specific order. Although no official reason has been announced. But it’s believed to be due to how Ai drivers and teams performance updates and progression is coded, Also I dare say terms in licensing stipulate when each race is held
Licencing issues relating to location I can understand, still find it strange how we can't change the calendar order on career mode when it's always been possible to create a custom championship in grand prix mode, and even add the same race multiple times if you want. From a licencing perspective, I'd have thought custom calendars would be small fry to driver transfers
- @F1driver222 In Grand Prix mode. There are no team or car updates and upgrades.
@ScarDuck14Wouldnt be a problem with the progression etc. if the game would just go through every week of the year, only putting breaks in development for the summer break which would obviously always be the same spot, give upgrades kinda fixed time it takes and then its all not a problem, but looking at how much effort they put into career mode the past years its no wonder that they dont do it.. They did a great job on the handling and tracks this year though!
- @Meza994 With the progression relating to Ai teams on myteam. At start of every new career I’m thinking the game randomly selects how and when Ai teams and cars get those updates for the entire ten seasons and that could be the a factor. But I’m just guessing
- @ScarDuck14 Would be a fairly stupid way to go about things especially when they claim the AI is equally doing stuff with resource points as the player..
But who knows.. Its definitely easy enough to do it properly, the whole career modes and not having everything scripted in the worst way. Will we be able to place the 3 extra circuits where we want? Having France at the end of a season is unrealistic
@ajmcspursfanLike in 22 I think China will be third race. As it should be it’s sport if they didn’t keep cancelling. Portugal seemed to be placed in a free weekend. So as France is no longer on the roster. I think they have shoehorned France in another free weekend
- @ScarDuck14 so hopefully it may be in a free weekend around the summer part of the season?
