Didn't receive ranked trophies

Summarize your bug Two seasons ago I reached Elite on F1 World Ranked but I didn't received either the playstation trophy "Golden Touch" for reaching gold division or "Elite Racer" for reaching Elite division. I waited for a patch or the next season to end but no trophies were popped

What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing, that's the problem
What do you expect to see? Both trophies popping

I reached elite in february and waited for the trophies to pop for months. Somehow the game didn't recognized I was in the gold division and then on the elite division. I really need some help as it took me weeks of grinding just to get those trophies and in the end they didn't pop. The trophies are "Golden Touch" and "Elite Racer".
