Codemasters TeamIf it is light rain then the slick tyres may still be the faster tyre. In these cases the cars will use the dry tyres from the standard race strategy instead of inters/wets. I can't tell from the video if that is the case here, or weather the wrong tyres have been applied. Have you seen this happen on other occassions where the rain is heavier?
I have made 3 screenshots for you, so maybe you can judge the problem a little better. Finally, it looks to me at least like a mixture of light and heavier rain, if you go by the percentages. Also, for each 100% race, the weather is set to random with relatively accurate predictions. Otherwise, such a case here for me also occurred for the very first time.
