EA play and loyalty discount is not stacking on Xbox

I launched store from in-game link(sale-neon city) but I found there is two editions one for EA play discount and one for loyalty discount. I know it can double stacking on other platform and I did ...

    @taconite5 Yeah. Time limited edition is over. But I can see something strange discount for champions edition called ‘ Because of your interest in similar games’
