First of all, regarding the achievements, do you have any picture or evidence that you had those achievements? I could try to escalate this to the team. Is there any copies (dates/times/transcripts) you have with EA Help regarding this issue.
About the pose, I have escalated this discussion point to the team, along with your achievements issue. I believe the intention of this content was to be themed around the Halloween period as it resembles a Zombie and adding it back to the store for players who missed out initially, but, we take all discussion points like this seriously and we will continue to monitor and evaluate our content to ensure we don't exclude or alienate all of our valued players.

Not so clearly a zombie pose. I've never seen a zombie in that good of shape in any zombie movie or series. This more resembles a realistic zombie driver 😃:- @AgentMlB It’s a pose made by your driver/avatar mimicking a zombie. That’s why it doesn’t look like your stereotypical zombie
