This issue has been passed to the team so they will be investigating it as it’s clearly a bug. As for when it will be fixed we won’t know until it’s fixed.
But I’ll tag @EA_Groguet as he can pass your suggestion on. I’m just the unpaid help 😁. I don’t have the power 😔

I get the trophy via server updateJust a word of warning as well as I know some people who's achievement didn't pop last weekend might not race this week as they'll hope EA manage to bring out a fix but from experience if you miss 2 consecutive weeks you'll also drop a rank I found this out halfway through last season dropping down from Gold to Silver. So figured i'd let people just incase we never get the fix and we all have to end up getting to elite again...

@ScarDuck14 Can we please get an update on this issue? Looking at the list of community raised issues for F1 23 there is no mention of this still. The list I am referring to is here:
A lot of people are affected by this and a lot of people spent a whole lot of time racing to achieve this only to be let down when the achievement/trophy didn't unlock. This should be treated as a priority but hey at least "Incorrect effect on Ferrari halo" is being investigated as a new issue, am I right? C'mon...
- @F123EliteRacer Not everything gets added to the list. For whatever reason. 🤷🏻♂️ However unfortunately we won’t know anything until it’s fixed.
@F123EliteRacer imo we need to keep our expectations low. Having this be fixed through customisation items takes more time to do which definitely won't be on the priority list so if it can't be fixed without that suggestion then I'd be prepared for disappointment.
Maybe rank to silver II for the time being in case you need to do it all again....
So I want to hope that we don't have to do it again because that would be very unfair and disappointing for all of us who made it into elite two weeks ago, that's why I don't want to play such online titles anymore because if you do it then it's again for nothing. But I hope that EA will take care of it and hopefully think about it that they don't prefer to bring out such online stuff as dlc Pack trophy and for platinum they prefer to come up with offline trophies from my point of view also very heavy but no more online trophies 😅

Would be great to have an official statement on this, preferably a definitive statement on if it will be fixed or not, but also more specifically if they are just fixing it for future end of season rank ups, or are also going to compensate those of us who didn't get the trophy.
Disappointing to hear that despite the issue being escalated and investigated, it wasn't even put on the 'investigating' list on the patch notes.
I recommend everyone to just to attempt to go for this trophy again before the season ends in case it never gets fixed. As players decline, it could get harder or easier to get to elite, we really don't know.

Acknowledgement is the first step, if the team is aware of the issues and, as @EA_Groguet says, is working on fixing those then I would say there is hope.
In the world of gaming, achievements and trophies hold a special allure for players. They serve as milestones, representing dedication, skill, and devotion on a particular game, in this case we have the F1 series and for most of us this is not our first F1 game.
We completed the challenge (we got plenty of proof about it) and no doubt it was the hardest challenge of all F1 games so far, very stressful and time demanding, I for one think we all deserve to be taken in consideration by the team.
