Elite Racer Trophy/Achievement Bugged

@EA_Groguet I have seen a few people say they unlocked the trophy on the season rollover day. It does appear to be fixed. However people are saying they didn't even play this week and the game still ranked them up: https://forum.psnprofiles.com/topic/145331-elite-racer/page/23/#comment-2863208

However, unless I am wrong, it is a real shame that it wasn't retroactively unlocked for the people who got screwed over originally. I knew this would happen so I just had to do it all over again.

@EA_GroguetYes, unfortunately it does seem to be bugged still, while some players really unlocked the achievement on the season rollover there are reliable reports from within this very same group of players about doing it without playing the game on last week. I really wished for this to be fixed the right way by now, but it seems the work is not done yet, you guys will likely find some feedback about it on Psnprofiles´ forum.

@EA_Groguet I’ve reached Elite at the end of the first season and I don’t have the trophy, even after the updates.

Pretty sure I’m not the only one in this situation.

Summarize your bug: I reached the "Elite" rank but the trophy does not unlock.Problem: the achievement is not unlocked when you reach the "elite" section, even if you appear there. But just like the "Gold" rank, it is unlocked at the end of the week during promotions day. Currently, I am racing to regain my position in the "elite" section because places are limited and I was ejected this week. (2 disconnections which made me lose more than 80 points today)

Elite Racer complete. It was hard.

Because the point system is very random. In a game of 16 players, where it is an "elite" pilot who opens the room, the points are not proportional. Let me explain: Qualified 3rd, finished 8th out of 16 players, that brought me 3 points. Whereas finishing 11th would have made me lose.

Try liviing in Australia. You can't really ever get a lobby with more than 5 players.
