error code 2631071469😕 on steam both F22 amd F23
I already tried reinstalling the game
I was able to connect using my VPN. I hadnt played for a few months so I had to accept a bunch of new terms. The difference was that I didnt login into my EA account. If I had to guess the bug is due to that EAaccount/steam not syncing

VPN is not a supported configuration. Glad it worked for you in the end but a lot of times the VPN can vary the apparent endpoint or not tunnel all protocols so the error may be in your VPN (auto?) config.
The lack of sync (If that's what you suspect) could be evidence of that.
but the issue isnt the VPN.
If I dont use the VPN, I get the same error everyone else gets 2631071469😕
But if I use the VPN, I dont get the error and I can connect with the EA game servers

VPN is unsupported. What territory are you playing from (both ways, i.e. actual and/or proxied)?
