Error PP65539 Crossplay doesen’t work

Hi. From more than one month I have problem to join cross-play in F1 24. I check everything. I send an email to EA - with no answer, they close case. I send ask for help on facebook EA help - no answer. lm in shock how EA treating customers. Is here anyone who know how to solve problem? EA - CAN YOU?
