ers not deploying properly

my ers is deploying without me touching the button, i tried switching keybinds and tried switching to keyboard(maybe a problem in the controller) but no it still deployed and couldnt be changed. it was stuck on overtake. it is not an engine problem because i switched modes and still the same problem. any help?

    @AKAimashelha In controller and FFB settings there’s the option on the right to edit controller and on the left is the option to change how you select MFD, and ERS. Check that MFD is set to default and ERS is set to hold. That’s all I’ve got. Other than go through your key bindings and double check none are causing a conflict

    in all the races. i started a new career so i thought maybe an engine problem but no. finished that race moved on and still aswell as no radio(instantly closes) it was stuck on overtake mode, so i moved to to f1 my world to try maybe check if it was an engine problem but still same problem. i tried restarting, deleting and re-installing, changing to controller, but nothing

    @AKAimashelha I’ll move your post over to the F1 23? board for better visibility and hopefully help.

    Did this happen during a race and has it happened just the once? Or is it all the time? I ask because one of the in race faults that come up during the race is that ERS will be stuck on. In previous years you used to get a notification from the engineer. But this year not so much😔
