@CUORENEROPT For contracts it won’t apply until after to your current season.

Have no idea why the Ai are crashing into you. It’s the most risk averse timid Ai I can ever remember. As for the Ai not being damaged some think it’s a flashback glitch. If you use a flashback during a session Ai cars damage gets disabled.

The answers to your questions are on the boards in multiple threads specific to your questions, there’s a search function at the top of the page.
  • @ScarDuck14 I already finished 1st season after the patch, and it happened again by the end of the 2nd season, so it doesn't appear to be as you mention it.

Same thing with stupid strategies and getting stuck at their menu after sprint races. I just don't want to start the 3rd season and take all this glitches through it. I'm fed up.

@CUORENEROPT You and me both: It’s that bad I opted to play FIFA earlier instead.

As codies have never been good at applying post launch fixes. I learnt a few years back. Not to get deep into career modes for a few months. As I delete game and save game data and fresh install as all initial patches have many numerous fixes. I know from experience one or more of those fixes has an adverse effect on my saved career.

A few YouTubers has said contract negotiations work as should following season. But I’ve just read in a thread it’s only doing that in driver career.
  • @ScarDuck14 It's absolutely ridiculous that every time they'll release a patch we need to start a two player career all over again.

@CUORENEROPT It’s not just this game. It happens with most yearly release games., As so much code gets ported over from previous years. Where the coders who wrote the code have moved jobs. So it’s hard for a new coder who’s adding new code or replacing old to fully understand what knock effects editing existing code will have. Be fine if they were given time by upper management to properly test. But that costs money and upper management only care about keeping shareholders happy.

    Some intermittent errors:

    * wheel FFB not working during first flying lap of session (pausing and resuming game fixes the issue)

    * missing victory calls, announcements of final lap, pre-race presenter discussions

Also, I called for pit stop during Marina Bay race and suddenly, my team mate behind also pitted at the same lap. My pit stop was voluntary, team mate's scheduled.

Engineer didn't say I cannot pit though. I ruined my team mate's race during double-stacking in pit lane.

Other times, engineer informs me that they cannot take me. Very inconsistent.

  • X box, Logitech G920 the patch is not working!

Worked for about a minute then went craxy turning left them froze the game

How can you release a game that people pay good money for and it not be tested and working and it still isn't months after release

With  F1 and EA who have the expertise financials to fix this why is it happy to take money for basically an unready product.

Are people able to get refunds?

As I not playing the game I payed for months ago when released and playing F122 still.
