Nvidia user here (RTX 3060 running the 536.23 Nvidia drivers) and I can confirm that the fuzzy/blurry graphics are still a problem after this patch, and it's seems irrespective of what graphics/video settings I try in-game (or by editing the config file to force disable motion blur and depth of field).
Day races aren't too bad, it seems to be a night race problem but is much worse during time of day transitions (e.g. dusk).
I use cockpit camera and there's very obvious pixelation and blurriness around the edges of objects. It's especially noticeable when the halo and nose aerial are in front of the sky.
Also distance boards are still out of focus so you can't read them until you're right on top of them, and in some cases the draw distance isn't long enough so they pop in to view too late.
Edit: Here are some videos showing the graphical issues, one from Las Vegas at night and another from Bahrain at dusk.
You can clearly see pixelation around the halo and aerial. That's with Anti-Aliasing set to "TAA and FidelityFX Sharpening". If I set it to DLSS the corruption is different. Instead of pixelation it leaves trails in the sky which can be nauseating. In the Bahrain clip you can also see when I switch to the rear view and back again, the brightness of the sky seems to adjust. This happens for both anti-alias setting.
The coop career strategy glitch!!!
Upshift tone not working in co-op career (and co-op career only)

Also, only a fraction of the players of F1 23 use wheels, and an even smaller fraction of them use the wheels which are causing issues. That's interesting. Can you please provide a source or link to numbers of gamepad/controller v wheel users? I'm pretty sure, as a racing game, there are a LOT of wheel users out there, but I'd be very interested to look at the site that you got that info from.
Thanks

Bugs / errors (with 1 start up after the patch.)
update > check files "veriy" > start up game > ey you got a update > restart > download update > start game > still on old update > restart game > working
t300 wheel > force feed back gone. (need to change ffb in settings in the race > save it > get back to the race > alt tab > alt tab back - working sort off)
so after all that > lets try to race > all assist are on
no more option to chance > o lets get out off the race > home menu settings > o it is back to casual settings that you can't change
restart > you maybe can change it
and that are just the "new" bugs i encounters just playing 1 online game (time it cost me to get there 1 hour)
Pls sent the intern home and get some Programmers in that you pay a salaryI am using PC and the EA App and there is no possibility to download the newest patch.
- @EA_rephii No trueforce on Logitech pro wheel on Xbox and no working rev LED’s on wheel base . But force feedback is working
No mention of more ghosting added in ranked.
- people have said that backmarkers are now ghosted
- I've seen people entering in the pits being ghosted now
No CLEAR EXPLANATION whether or not we need to start a new career mode to have the contract negotiations fix applied. People who have not started anew did not get this fix.
