I race in cockpit view and honestly didn't know before posts like yours that looking left and right was even an option. Need to check if it is on PS5 now but it's perfectly possibly to drive without this. Not saying this shouldn't be fixed though.
My game version is showing 1.0.1012607 since the update, is this correct? Feels like it shouldn't be, seeing as it's supposed to be 1.08. I've tried verifying the files on Steam but it's still showing like this. Seen a couple of other players report this on different platforms.
Edit: Or am I reading it wrong and technically it's showing 1.010? Would be nice for game versions to reflect what the patchnotes say so you don't suddenly think there's a problem.

Nothing is simple with these guys is it.. Everything is so twisted and convoluted and complicated... I mean just look at the forums here...nothing is simple!

They have not matched since release, which for me (no preorder) was 1.04 rather than 1.0.
