Like I said all the issues above are and need to be fixed and worked hard! Also giving us community sounds we actually want to hear! Giving us some nice challenges that unlock us possibility let’s say use real drivers helmets and suits but with our faces or character, like they did helmet of Max from Miami race! Same can be done with helmets and unique designs let’s say as unlockble content! Car liveries and more achievements and making game interesting! Making this game worth to play! But with most bugs fixes as possible to enjoy! Also more chassis to be able to chose from as now we have base chassi of f1 for our online races why not to make chassi upgradable or we could have let’s say 3 type of chassis and we could chose or modify parts that actually do reflect in game and also reflect performance and gains not only visual but on data! I know is possible! There is so much can be given and achieved if EA pull their head from their rear end and start to act or this will end up as big failure of 2023!
I mean the design and stickers we have on cars available for customisation is big fail every year same thing helmets only one variant with different designs nothing special or interesting! are same or worse than this dno! We are forced to use mods that we can’t even then play online! But nevertheless those mods are by mile better than what we are given! We should be able to have diferent helmets that actually used in f1 by pilots, and as said above give us ability to unlock and gain helmets special liveries of pilots of specific races and historical helmets! Make some DLC’s as content! Engage with community listen us and your audio producer and designer must be fired! The game sounds just boring and from all the sounds best so far was the pilot in helmet sounds very nice! But what about rest!? Well list can just go on…
What's worse for me is that Steam ,for example, is sitting on a "Very Positive" review score.
Most of the positive reviews, if not all, are from online 5 "lappers" who don't even experience the full game, or even half of it!
No Safety Cars, no pit stops, no Red Flags, no tyre strategies, no nothing!
The only thing they have to say is that the handling is better and that's because last year's traction was atrocious and super unrealistic for a game that's not even a real SIM !
EA destroyed the franchise and is throwing the Codemasters name to the mud. I have no hopes this franchise will ever be good again while it's under EA's wing.
- 2 years ago@ArkaniaDante I wouldnt put the blame solely to EA.. Codemasters have done pretty bad games before like 2014 and as a lot of you like to point out there are bugs in the game since 2020 and before.. Those were the years EA had nothing to do with it and still Codemasters didnt fix them
- ScarDuck142 years agoLegend@Meza994 Not to mention they have never been good at fixing bugs. And this year there are just so many bugs
Just frustrating as hell how they can get so close to a great game and fail so badly

I’m sorry… but WHAT Codemasters name? You DO realize that CM still makes the game right? And that it’s CM dev team that ignores everything for years even before EA takeover.
Only EA influence is MONETIZATION. Just look at the season pass. Where you normally would get around 10000 pitcoin on the free pass with less levels, now they give you 2500 in total on 50! Levels.
And don’t get me started on the pitcoin i still havent received from simply buying the game. I tried support but they don’t even take you serious, and here it’s no better. Theres so many people who havent gotten their 5000 or 18000 coins yet but nobody gets any help whatsoever- Ultrasonic_772 years agoHero

Levels. This part isn't actually true. From the first year of Podium Pass (F1 2020) it has never been possible to earn enough pitcoins from the free tier to buy VIP access for the next. The model has always been that to be self-funding you'd need to buy VIP access to the first Podium Pass season to then be able to earn enough Pitcoins to buy VIP access to the following season, etc. I forget now whether the free/VIP Pitcoin availability was 2500/7500 or something else but at best is was 5000/5000 and definitely not 10000/0.

EA have done nothing of the sort. CM have merely released yet another bug ridden F1 Game, a pattern that repeats itself all the way back to the beginning of their involvement in making the F1 Series. For all that, I still buy the games, though not every year, and find it’s usually best to wait a few months for the usual round of bug fixes. After all that, it’s time to make a decision to purchase or not (i.e. can I live with the bugs that remain and won’t be fixed?) This is a strategy that has served me well up to now and I enjoy my purchases. I’m not an online player though, and don’t use a wheel so that means I avoid at least those couple of yearly bugfests. GP mode is usually where it’s at for me though I have ventured into a couple of career modes in previous titles.
- ScarDuck142 years agoLegend@kismet8051 Not to mention wait a few months at discounted prices. It’s what I do with all games. Except this one because I’m in the fortunate position off it being gifted to me
- 2 years ago@ScarDuck14 Lol, I did break my rule this year though and purchased it a few weeks after release, mainly down to people being thrilled with the new handling model. I haven’t even started playing F123 though, I probably will fire it up within the next few days starting off with the story mode. Perhaps by the time I’m done with that mode some of the other bothersome things will have been fixed, such as the volumetric fog which sounds absolutely awful at Bahrain which happens to be one of my favourite races.
