It's a known issue. Patch 1.12 reports that new XBox system software fixes Thrustmaster FFB on Xbox. I don't have the hardware, so can't comment. I can confirm that there are no new drivers or firmwares from Thrustmaster since 2023_TTRS_3 dated 30 May 2023. XBox users should use a PC to update the wheelbase (and rim in case of SF-1000) via USB.

FFB for Thrustmaster is still a known issue as per the Community Raised Issues thread.
