We should not expect McLaren's 2024 livery - or any other team's 2024 livery for that matter - to be present on this game. F1 23 is bound to reflect the 2023 F1 season.

Unless McLaren themselves want to make said livery available as part of a marketing push. That's up to their own discretion. 

Baseline, expect nothing. And we won't be getting any word otherwise until it is done and officially announced.
