Looks like the most recent patch has broken equal performance in time trial mode. 

You can select the option for equal performance but when the session loads it's set to realistic. If you change it from the menu in the session and then load back in it does the same thing.

This makes testing setups for league racing really hard to do now since so many of us rely on time trial for fine tuning small changes quickly.
