I sometimes have issues with my Fanatec CSL DD Pro not registering once the game launches in full screen. When I enter desktop mode with the game windowed, inputs register.
Launching the game in Steam (desktop view) via the VR controller doesn’t work for me.
Launching the game in Steam VR mode works.
Launching the game in Steam desktop view with a mouse also works.
I use a Pimax 8KX with Valve knuckle controllers, and the Fanatec CSL DD Pro.
No, I'm not talking about a steering wheel. I'm just using the controllers that came with my HTC Vive. I was under the impression that's all I needed. I'm not sure if I could use a steering wheel setup. I'm in a wheelchair and can't use pedals for throttle/brake control. The game came up inside SteamVR, but the two controllers are not recognized at all.
Thanks for that information. I was afraid that might be the case. I may have to shelve this, because I don't have a place to put any kind of wheel arrangement. I'll need to noodle on it for a while. I appreciate your time!
