The issue is when you have cancelled your EA membership, but its still active.
So just go to the website and renew your EA subscription, it doesnt charge you. Just remember to remove it again.
I've looked at this and i havent cancelled my subscription its still active and set to recurring payment through xbox game pass

@EA_rephiiI am also having the same issue regarding connection to online services on Xbox series X however it is occurring at the end of multiplayer races chould this be a result of a ddos attack server or player side?
I whould also like to mention I pre orderd the game and own the copy digitally so this should not be down to billing of game pass\EA PLAY

@EA_rephii Would be really great full if you could help me with this one… I’m trying to get into F1 world, and ever since I got promoted to the elite division on Monday it won’t let me in at all! Keeps coming up with the message “the game was interrupted while downloading F1 World data, therefore you have been disconnected from online services, please reconnect to try again” I have tried everything, restarting my router, restarting the console, restoring all licenses… I even deleted the game and re-downloaded it and nothing works at all… literally been like this for 3 days now and it’s driving me crazy! Any tips or advice how to solve this?
