F1 23 - Red flag glitch (multiple restarts and wrong positions)

Summarize your bug 100% race at Canada MyTeam season 1. At lap 49, the game yellow flags then immediately red flags the race for some reason. Lap 51 is restart and about 3-4 seconds after restart it immediately red flags again. Next restart at lap 53 and it immediately red flags again right after lights out. Another new restart at lap 56 and now its working. HOWEVER. At first restart (lap 51) im still in P6 which was my position when the first red flag happened. Now, at second restart on lap 53, im put P16 and on third restart on lap 56 im P16 again. Had to race on from that. Video attached, but with language warning. The part from 40 seconds up to 2 minutes 10 seconds can be skipped as nothing really happens, but before and after is useful info.

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This can be hard to replicate as it needs a red flag. Not sure if its track specific or race length specific or whatever.
What happens when the bug occurs? Red flag, gets put into garage, first restart is fine until after a few seconds, then it red flags again. This happens 2 more times and on the those 2 times, it seems like all drivers are assigned new positions.
What do you expect to see? A red flag and restart on the grid after race strategy in the correct positions. And no further flags immediately after restart (unless player or AI somehow causes it).
