F1 23 1.11 career mode broken

Patch 1.11 seems to have completely broken career mode for me.  My previous career will not load.  Tried to start a new career and it works till I save and come back to the game.  Not sure why there is not patch notes officially available but maybe it was pulled back after these new major bugs were introduced?  If there are work arounds or fixes I can try that would be great.  A simple repair did not fix the game.
