Updated some chipset drivers as well as BIOS. Same result, but I'm posting the new dxdiag file.

That new dxdiag looks better than the old one.
Do you have all the controllers connected in the dxdiag that you play with?

The dxdiag shows a universal hub with vendor id 346E, this a Moza Product.
Please refer to the Moza support for >F1 2021 (ensure you have the latest Moza Wheel House and wheel firmware is updated)

I can see you have a Simucube 2 base and Heusinkveld pedals (also not on the supported device list, plenty of issues there AIUI)
At the start of your video where you get the No Preset Control for Devices, this is where you need to correct the inputs.
The use of vJoy is unsupported.
