F1 23 doesn’t allow streaming to twitch.

Summarize your bug I can’t stream to twitch it’s inhibited says the game does not allow streaming.
What is your 16 digit Report Code? NA as it happens in main menu of F1 23
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider? Starlink
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to stream directly to twitch in the XBOX menu.
What happens when the bug occurs? Get an error message saying the game doesn’t allow streaming.
What do you expect to see? Twitch starts and goes online.

Issue is F1 23 is inhibited and doesn’t allow streaming to twitch from the console as per normal in all previous versions.
