Summarize your bug I cant join multiplayer lobbies, i get error code PM65539. this has happened for the previous 2 games now.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Join a multiplayer lobby.
What happens when the bug occurs? I cant join multiplayer lobbies.
What do you expect to see? Joining multiplayer lobbies, pretty much the point of the new game.
I cant join any multiplayer lobby this has been the case for the previous 2 games its unbearable and unacceptable.
Community ManagerIt is possible your anti-virus is causing an issue here, either whitelist the game or temporarily turn off your anti-virus and then retry playing.

Merged. PC players post your dxdiag, XB players try plugging in your XB rather than use WiFi.
same issue on xbox series x. there is no option to disable antivirus

I have a issue where my friend list in game is just emty while I had over 50 friends. When I go check on the ea app I see I do still have the ea friends and also on racing net but not on f1 23. Do you know a fix?
