F1 23 Frame Generation not working with HDR turned off

Question

I own an RTX 4070 and in the settings of F1 23 the FG option is greyed out and says to turn off HDR. My HDR is already turned off automatically as I dont own a HDR display. My drivers are updated at 536.23 which is the newest one and the one that focuses on F1 23. The game also does recognise that I have a 4070 so I'm not sure what the issue is as FG works perfectly fine on any other game I play. Does anyone know a fix or is FG not actually implemented in the game and is releasing later.

@MitchelHdGamer I have a 4070 TI. It is also not working. Really crazy that the option is there and the feature is given only by RTX 4XXX but it does not work for RTX 4XXX. Based on this threat it is not fixed for 4 months now!!!

just got the game and I was wondering why the option was grey out !how is it possible this bug is still not fixed ?????
