(PC) No vibration/rumble with Dualsense controller

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Plug in a Dualsense controller via USB to the PC and observe the rumble/vibrations while driving a lap with any car on PC and compare that to the PS5 version with a Dualsense controller. Optionally, just compare the rumble while reaching the optimal rev point just before launching the car on both platforms.
What happens when the bug occurs? No rumble or vibration feedback from the Dualsense controller when playing on PC.
What do you expect to see? The same vibration behaviour as on PS5 when using a Dualsense controller when playing on PC.

There's no vibration from the Dualsense controller when playing on PC, the haptic triggers are working as intended, but there's no rumble/vibrations/haptics from the main motors in the handles like there is on the PS5 version of the game.

I have verified that I am not using Steam Input for Playstation controllers.

This is the same erroneous behaviour that is present in F1 22 that was never resolved.

The last game which it worked properly was F1 2021.

Possible solution found, at least it got mine working consistently now.
I had previously disabled the audio device "Wireless Controller" (the audio output/input on the Dualsense controller) and enabled it.
For whatever reason this seem to allow the vibration/rumble/haptics to work in F1 23, and is definitely a game issue as the vibration motors works in every other game while the audio output disabled on the controller..
For you others with this issue in the thread, please check whether the audio device is enabled or disabled and see if enabling (if disabled) also enables the vibration.
Note, the audio device does NOT need to be set as the default nor default communications device, it just need to not be disabled.

@Gmj110607 I just tested a Dualshock 4 controller and can confirm that I am able to replicate the issue with it too.
@EA_rephii @EA_Barry @CM_RedDevil How long should we need to wait for this to become officially recognized?
This has been an issue for the entire duration of F1 22 which I have reported countless of times previously and now the bug has been ported into F1 23.
There is no feedback, haptics, rumble or vibration with the Dualsense or Dualshock 4 controllers while using those on PC, the vibration/rumble works when used on the PS5 version of F1 23.
Last time it worked as intended was in F1 2021.

@EA_rephiiTheres also a bug about the controller's force feedback inconsistency.
Sometimes it disappear completely for ~5 seconds and sometimes it decreases drastically almost not feeling the car or the kerbs at all.
was this already being reported?

@Reviyy Is this specifically related to the Dualsense controller or another controller or wheel? This issue report is regarding the complete lack of vibration/haptics from the Dualsense controller. If your issue is for another controller I think you might be better off making an issue report for it.

@dotazured this happens to my PS5 Controller, the vibration is simply inconsistent and doesn't work properly most of the times. otherwise i apologize 🙏

@ReviyyAre you referring to the triggers vibrating or the handles themselves?
Because the adaptive triggers seem to work as intended or at least be on par with the PS5 version, while the motors/haptic actuators in the handles of the controller doesn't.
Clarification: I am trying to understand which parts that does, and does not work on your controller.
Because it would be quite intriguing if the vibration/haptics in the handles would be working in your case.

@dotazured i'm talking about the handles
adaptive triggers works fine for me, it's the vibration/rumble in the handles that doesn't work properly, sometimes it just disappears outta nowhere and i can't feel either the kerbs and the car
