F1 23 multiplayer classified race

Hi I would like to know why in the multiplayer classified version:
1. Cars can no longer collide and are ghosts.
2. I can no longer load a racing setup and I have to run with a pre-set setup.
It's a problem with the game or something has been changed, however it's no longer real like this, until a few days ago it wasn't like that.
