F1 23 Not downloading properly on PS4

Summarize your bug When I installed my newly bought Ps4 disc with the F1 23 game, I downloaded the base file and then it required a patch download which also got fully installed. Then when I opened the game, I only had the option to play a standalone Bahrain race because apparently the game was still downloading. The percentage got stuck and it hasn't moved since. I have tried deleting and reinstalling, clearing saved files and checking if I have enough storage space. Nothing seems to work. Can anyone help?

What happens when the bug occurs? On the main menu page where I should have options to play split screen, career etc, I only have "Play" (the standalone race) and "Options"
