F1 23 Podium pass bug lost progress and access to premium

Since a crash when opening Zandvoort last weekend I've lost access to my podium pass premium and all the unlocks and progress I made. It reset itself however other game progress like the braking point story etc remained intact.

My pitcoin balance still shows that I spent the coin to upgrade to premium podium pass.

How can this be fixed? It must be an EA server error,

Every two months there’s a new season where a new podium pass with different unlocks. So you then have to continue to play to get xp to unlock all 50 levels

@driveradam Same thing happened to me. I was level 50, now I am level 1, although team career is working.

Surely you don’t need to spend the 9k pitcoin to unlock premium vip if that is the case how does that work if your still going through the first 50 levels makes no sense

@driveradam It’s how in game monetisation works. Pay 9000 but if you complete all 50 levels you get the VIP unlock items which includes extra pitcoin which all together will it’s the extra pitcoin In standard pass is 10000. But you only get 2 months to unlock everything before new pass.

It’s a mechanic that is used in many games to suck as much extra money as possible from the player base
